The company was short-handed when I tried to get an estimate and did not respond, so that took awhile. Then it took awhile to find a driver who was willing to take the load for us. However, the driver and loading help were very nice, arrived on time, and did a good job.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and honored their quote. They just did a top notch, professional job. Their customer service was excellent. Our quoter's name was S.E. She bent over backwards to work with us and help us. They came on time and they communicated right. Every step of the way we knew what was going on. We were extremely pleased with the company. We felt with the price that you get what you pay for.

It was very smooth. They were on time. They were flexible on when they unloaded it. We did it over Memorial Day. They waited until the day after Memorial Day to unload everything.
