Work was bid and scheduled for July 24.  I liked the fact that PCA was willing to use the existing serviceable parts rather than providing an entire new gate, although he would have installed a new gate if I wanted.   I was put on a list in case they had an opening in the work schedule, and because of this I was able to get the work done a full week earlier than was scheduled. 
After the work was completed there was followup to assure I was happy with the results. 
In addition, Joe (the owner) provided a lifetime guarantee on the gate hardware.

It went very well. They showed up on time and worked hard until the job was completed. The posts looked great and no more sagging fence.

EXCELLENT!! and our gate now only needs 2 fingers - to open or close - before Joe and Crew, it took massive arm strength! PCA Fence was such a DELIGHT and Very Professional - especially as we had two other neighbors' yards involved. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Dismantled and disposed of ol fence, then set the new fence posts. The following day they erected the current fence.

Joe returned my contact within just a few hours, stopped by and gave me a bid. We scheduled the work. His 2 man crew showed up on time on the appointed date and did the work. They were polite, careful and very professional. When they came back the next day to put everything back on the deck they were several hours later than they had estimated, but this was not a problem for us. Joe contacted me a couple of days later to be sure everything went well. The work PCA did was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Joe has been in the business over 20 years. He is sought after by homeowners associations, and our own association referred us to him. We wanted to do our homework on getting the right person for the job. Unfortunately, we looked around and only found one fence person on Angie's List in the area. That other person gave us a quote that was not correct, and did not follow through timely to get back to us. We knew we had to find the right person for the job. Fence cleaning, prep and stain work are real chores that need to be done right. Joe did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. That alone is a huge deal in today's climate of what often is called customer service. Joe exceeded our expectations from the time he said he would give us a quote, throughout the process and the job. Joe provided stain samples, answered our questions about quality and types of stains, and provided his assurance that he would stand behind the work for three years. Still, there was one board that was questionable after the job was done, and we asked Joe to look at it since it was part of our front gate. Joe immediately came over and within a day replaced the board - no additional charge, again - just part of his job. It was amazing to be treated in a timely manner with the attention to our needs and respect for our time and property - all hallmarks of an excellent business approach and successful service company. We all wish there were more like Joe in the business world performing beyond our expectations and deliverying quality work at a fair price.
