Furniture - Sales
Ordered our pool table there at the store. Ordering process took months longer than expected and customer service was horrible; they didn't know where our shipment was at one point and could not give us details on when it would arrive. We then had to wait for the correct pockets to come in later. They gave us a $100 gift certificate for the store, which again was a hassle to actually get and then another bad ordering experience for the table cover. The quality of the merchandise and installation was good, however the customer service alone is reason for us to never shop there again!
