Russ and his crew did a great job on our yard! We were happy that they could fit us into their pre-season schedule so that it could be taken care of in February. Since the perennials couldn't be planted until April one of them had to come back to finish the irrigation. I was under the impression that they were going to do this as soon as it was needed so was disappointed that I had to ask several times and it took a few days; otherwise, it would have been a 5 star rating.

Had our backyard leveled and completely redone. They were fantastic to work with and did a quick and efficient job. They did what they said they would, kept me well informed and even went above and beyond on some things. If you are looking for a fair and reliable landscaping company, I would highly recommend them.

Crappy job.

Late, late, late! I was told they could start the job the end of April. That was perfect because I was going to visit my daughter in Australia, leaving May 22nd. I paid a large down payment to secure my spot. April 30th, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. I was told that I was now scheduled for the end of May. I reminded him that I was going out of the country. To make a long story a little shorter, they finally started the job on Thursday, May 17th, finishing Tuesday morning, May 22nd. 3 hours before I left for the airport. Not a good experience.

New home backyard designed and installed for me. New Vision kept me advised throughout the 9 day project. He even met me at a nursery to help me pick trees, bushes and plants. He was responsive to my input and I was open to suggestions he made. The yard was done in pavers, artificial grass, and large gravel. The yard turned out beautifully. I'm thrilled. Hard working crew. Well worth the money I spent. Thank you, New Visions!

I had an excellent experience working with the Company's Project Manager and job foreman. I hired them late Winter for a tree planting project. I was kept informed regularly of material status, and when the project could be started. The work was completed quickly, professionally and with minimal disruption. I'm totally satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend New Vision for any landscaping project; large or small.

Fabulous. I had a big, ugly backyard, and now it's beautiful, something I'm proud of. I could never have imagined that it could turn out so nice. Their design is perfect for the size of my yard, very professional. Everyone was very nice, and they finished the project, in spite of bad weather, exactly when they said they would. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting to beautify a space.

Personable service, spent some time listening to our ideas and came up with a truly beautiful design, and he past whatever savings on materials on to us.

Projects of this size are going to have unforeseen minor problems like weather. New Vision handled these problems with professionalism and courtesy, did a great job. When my toddler was going down for his nap, the crew wrapped up their work outside his window so they wouldn't disturb him. Great business to work with. I suggest though that some kind of aftercare flyer or pamphlet on how to care for my new lawn in the critical first few weeks would be helpful.

April 17, 2018 Editing my last review: I was told they came out and sprayed yard but I didn't see them do it and they will come out today and spray again.

I would definitely recommend them. They were on time and did good work.
