Well, when it was done it was great - although personality was odd. I will now show my review and her response and you will see what I mean: She states that she doesn't do acrylics yet she put fake nails on my nails, that's an acrylic. Apparently didn't learn anything at nail tech school. Here is my review in which she commented the above and stating that she tells the truth.............I'm still confused. I couldn't rate it higher or lower because thus far I have not experienced better yet I'm not in the positive range either. There's a problem with someone who has a business and states that they double booked and blames it on having a cold; stating that they do gel tips yet put acrylics on my nails (and I am not an expert but had a feeling that is not what I wanted); had them start to lift off the 3rd day; rescheduled me for the weekend and when I confirmed state she gave my appt away and rescheduled for the following week? REALLY? gave my appointment away? Blames the first appt oversight on a cold? I guess I'm a bit perplexed on how she has such high reviews. Owners Response (I'm a bit concerned): 3/15/2019 • There is 2 sides to every story and then there is the one in the middle....I'm sticking to the one in the middle! The truth. I do not do acrylic, never have and never will. Apparently she doesn't know what she does and she oddly does not make sense which I gathered after sitting with her for that hour.
