These guys are fantastic.  They are extremely helpful and always willing to chat about issues.  For nearly everything that I purchase in store I notice that they automatically knock a dollar or two off of the sticker price.  They never try to push me into buying more expensive or upsell me.  In fact, at times telling me where I can get something cheaper or how to do it myself.  All without me asking and they did this from the very beginning before I was a regular customer!  One time I broke a master link out on the trail and I hiked out and came in looking for a chain.  I didn't know exactly what chain I had but they gave me a few different kinds of masterlinks and told me I could bring back whatever didn't work for full refund.  They have done similar things on other occasions as well.  unlike other stores in town where attention is only paid to you if you are spending big, these guys are doing it right and building a loyal customer base.  I always go out of my way to shop with them.
