Overall, as can be the case in any business, there's a disconnect between customer and provider. The disconnect here was expectations vs delivery. The company is good and I'd recommend them to anyone for housecleaning. The fit is personal and each customer needs to decide for himself.

They were prompt and responsive, but a few things were never done that I continually asked for: scouring the kitchen sink, dusting in the family room, etc. Seemed like just surface cleaning and not the deep cleaning that I wanted done. If we would have continued using them, we probably could have gotten it worked out, because the owner was really responsive and helpful, but we just kept having problems with our schedule so didn't pursue it.
