It was amazing. I have worked with Misty now on several transactions (buying and selling) and each time I have been pleased with her knowledge, experience, and her professionalism. My wife and I have acquired and sold many real estate properties in our life. Some of our properties we bought and sold were without realtors involved and some were bought and sold with realtors. Some of the realtors we used gave realtors a bad name. They did not know what they were doing and did not have the proper connections to help us out. They we just there for a paycheck. Since we met Misty Birkinbine-Rose, we would never NOT use her real estate expertise and service. We now know what a realtor should be capable of doing! Misty is one in a million with respect to her knowledge of real estate dealings and you cannot go wrong in choosing her in whatever you want to hire her for. Her follow through is like none other and you will definitely get your money's worth! We have recommended Misty to our daughter and son who have both used her to sell and purchase real estate properties. They were tremendously satisfied with her work! I have used Misty on the purchase of 4 homes over the last 6 years. She has helped my husband and I make good business decisions. She was a huge support. I would recommend her to anyone. Misty is a Boise native and she knew so much about the Treasure Valley. I have loved working with her. I will calling her soon to sell my personal property.
