We are family owned and operated since 1985. We do all mechanical auto repair and services. We specialize in Mazda service and repair. We work and service all Domestic and Import vehicles. We have a 24 month/24,000 mile nationwide warranty and are a NAPA Car Care Center. General Automotive repair shop. We do all mechanical repairs and services from oil changes to engine overhauls and from simple alignments to any suspension work.

When I made the appointment I was a bit disappointed that they could not offer me shuttle service home while they did the inspection since it was expected to take at least an hour. However, I planned my very complex schedule around the inspection and brought my laptop so I could work while I waited.
I was on time and turned over my car. I settled in for for an hour and a quarter. When that time was up, I went to the desk, fully expecting to collect my car. THEN they told me they hadn't even started it! No one had told me they were running behind. My times was wasted sitting there for an extra hour.
I feel very angry at the gross lack of professionalism not only that they were behind by over an hour, but also that they did not mention it to me. I could easily have scheduled another appointment after that and missed it.
They weren't very apologetic about it. When I asked for a discount as compensation for my HOUR of lost time, they acted a bit put out. The person I dealt with had to go ask two people and begrudgingly gave me a only slight discount on the inspection. If they had offered a heartfelt apology and waived the $77 for the inspection I would have given them a second chance based on my experience with Tony. They lost the potential for thousands of dollars in business due to their unprofessionalism & short-sightedness.
My time is precious - I will NEVER use them again.
The inspection was thorough and explained clearly. I was impressed enough that I'm taking the vehicle back to have some of the issues they found addressed. Worth noting when they did the inspection they did not know I would be coming back to have work performed -- so their assessment should have been non-biased.
The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The inspection was done on schedule.
The office staff seem to be organized and efficient.
