Easiest of three contractors to bid. Response was quick, he didn't waste time at the house, and bid was provided that evening as he said it would. Pricing was simple, and about 20-30% other bids. Work seemed excellent. He did have one of his employee's spill stain on carpet on our stair's. He immediately notified us of the spill and we worked out deducting the cost of the repair and some time to take care of it.
