Lindsey Satellite, LLC set up our television, internet, security system, and surveillance cameras. I highly recommend them for any of the services they offer. Greg & Tristan are highly knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and professional, and their rates are competitive. The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is due to communication. Every company has strengths and areas needing improvement. Sometimes appointment times are adjusted so communication via phone or email is important. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

I hired them to ad antenna cables and to move ethernet cable. When Michael got out there he said he was not certified to move the ethernet cable. He did go ahead ab run the antenna lines and did a good job on those. I called Lindsey Satellite to see about someone else to come out and move ethernet line and have not got a call back from them at all. No apology, nothing. I will not recommend them to anyone for anything.

The technician did not fix my problem and still got paid.

The technician was very knowledgeable and installed the new antenna and new co-axial cable quickly and effectively. My only suggestion is that, for better customer service & relations, that someone follow up a couple days after installation with a phone call to make sure the customer is satisfied.

They are fast. The job was completed on the day that I called.

Got service same day I called, Michael contacted us before coming, arrived quickly and completed installation, very polite young man.

The young man who did the initial install had to return and replace an amplifier with a different type. He was very responsive and willing to do the job correctly.

Michael showed up on time and went right to work on our install. It was a bit more complicated as we have an old home with old, abandoned cables everywhere. He worked around it and through it and got us all hooked up. My special requests were all met. We are very pleased with our new antenna. Great reception!
