These people know customer service an cars! We loved our experience with Les Schwab Broadway Boise. We shopped around first. We are very delighted we chose Les Schwab Broadway. Everything was done so well and fast. They even made a spare for no charge with old tire and spare rim.

perfect. They run out to the car and get you in right away. Fix flats and damage for free. Love them!

i was having trouble finding specific tires for my older toyota 4x4 van and had been to a few shops around boise with no luck (including another les schwab). i stopped here as a last chance before trying to order on the internet, and feel lucky i did. they not only knew of an alternate tire which no one else informed me of (since my size was no longer available in the option i wanted), they actually had them in stock! then, since i was running late getting back to work (because i went to another tire shop first), they rushed me through and got me out in 30 minutes! from this point forward, i will deal exclusively with this location and would recommend them to anyone!

Les Schwab on Fairview, tire change out went fine but tailgate was gouged with screwdriver or something when trying to open tailgate. The one on Broadway installed a lift for me and did not replace brake fluid cap properly. It had fallen off and was found by Toyota dealer, had to go back and have it flushed. They didn't follow lift instructions to flip rear brake line bracket so tension was placed on brake line. They may or may not have (can't prove it) damaged the electronic rear locking differential, they paid half to have that fixed. Truck didn't sit level after lift. In Pocatello, I went to one and they did not replace the expensive stainless caps on the valve stems. They put the standard black caps on there. I went back to retrieve them and they could not find them and they tried to give me some plastic chrome caps. I thought if I went to different Les Schwabs, that I would find a good one. I have no idea why I have had such bad luck with them. I prefer another tire and auto service now.

Things were going fine until they tried to sell me a new set of tires after having put only 30k miles on the ones they sold me with a 50k mile warranty. They offer free change outs on already mounted winter tires and so I go there twice a year as the seasons change. This time, I dropped my car off for the day and they called me to tell me they cannot put the summer tires on because they are worn down too much and that I have to purchase a new set of tires. They start their offer at $317. I tell them that if they are so worn I'd like to file a warranty claim. Of course, having gone there since I bought the tires they know that I'm under the warranty miles so he tells me that they cannot be covered because the car is out of alignment. He offers less expensive options on the tires. I refuse. He offers an even lower priced tire. No thanks. It appears that Les Schwab DOES have a warranty system in place but it certainly doesn't work to the customer's advantage. But they do alignments.
