Description of Work: They did an oil change, which went fine. However, they wanted $80 to diagnose an electric window problem - which was simply solved by Boise Auto Electric by resetting the controller. I expect the dealer to be familiar with the products they sell and not fleece me for diagnosing simple problems. I'll never go back.

Description of Work: Oil Service; one of 3 oil changes for $75 on our 2005 JEEP Grand Cherokee. Also performed a recall involving reprogramming the main computer on the vehicle.
