I feel like my best interests are always the goal at LRC. Pricing is very reasonable, as well as turn-around time. I also feel like I never leave without all my questions answered- even though it must take a lot of patience on their part.

Tilson looked over the laptop and said it appeared to be just the screen, but that he would call me with any other problems. Sounded good. Since I was talking to him I asked about my laptop. The volumn was going in and out (while using ear buds). He gave me information on where I could buy a $6.00 adapter to take care of the problem. I went home and placed an overnight order. By the time my part arrived, Tilson called and told me the laptop only needed the new screen and it was ready to go. Tilson also cleaned the laptop. BTW the $6.00 part he told me to buy for my laptop did the trick!
