Only a quarter of the house was cleaned. Had to call back a second time and still did not do a good job. I feel money spent was wasted because I had to clean what was missed and I am not well.

Very nice but did not make appointment time because of truck trouble but I had to call to see why he did not make the appointment time. I feel he should have called to explain that he was not going to make the appointment time.
