He replaced a 2 ft section of soldered copper pipe and elbows with modern materials (the leak was in that section). He also suggested a support under the expansion tank. He was very patient as we looked for the main water shutoff. He eventually found it in the crawlspace at the far end of the house.

He was on time!!! I was shocked! I've had horrible lucky recently getting people to show up on time, so I was pleasantly surprised when he was right there on the dot. Josh was incredibly friendly and personable, which is awesome. 
He fixed that thing in about 20 minutes. Loved it, just in and out. He said the work comes with a one-year warranty. He did a good job at explaining what was wrong (although I can't repeat it now). 
I can't really comment on the price, because I have no idea what something like that would cost elsewhere. I'm just glad to have it fixed! 
I loved that it's a family-owned business as well.

I have been calling Josh for my plumbing work for over 10 years. HE is my plumber. I call him first whenever I have work that needs to be done right. I've recommended him to friends and they have also had great experiences as well. Josh is conscientious and careful and he listens to what the customer wants. He has done everything from repairing hose bibs to replacing pipes and sewer lines and even installing shower pans and surrounds for me. I will continue to use his services.

The toilet is European design and state-of-the-art, it is very hard and nobody knows how to do it. They did stuff that was just incredible, and they did a fabulous job. They were outstanding. They were very congenial, helpful and knowledgeable. What stand out are how superior their work is and the fact that they were really trying and very congenial whenever they were in my home. Their pricing was more than fair. He was even here one night. He had been delayed during the day because of weather and he came and was here till 8 o’ clock one night. You tell me any plumber that would do that, and it was just to do an install. It wasn’t like he had to do some emergency thing. He was doing an install but he wanted to get it done to help me get on with the process.

Josh Johnson, the owner, arrived exactly on time for our service call.  He placed disposable booties over his shoes before entering my home and repeated the shoe covering each time he re-entered my home.  He quickly evaluated the difficult drain problems on three toilets and then used a snake on each toilet.  He then used a power snake with a 70 foot reach to snake the roof vents to insure that any nest , leaves, or critters were not impeding air flow need for proper  toilet operation.
Josh was very pleasant to work with discussed options available.  
His work is very affordable and time efficient.
 I hope that I do not need any other plumbing work; but, if I do, Josh Johnson of Johnson and Sons will be the only plumber that I will call.

This is the 4th time I have used Johnson and Sons.  I have been impressed by their quality work, done reasonably fast, with a reasonable price.  They are always prompt, curteous, and professional.   Josh has done a wide variety of repair work for me on several old (1940's) houses, and has proven himself very competent.   I have not needed to be on site during work, you tell him what needs done, he does it, and sends the bill.  No fuss.  No problems with any of his work to date.  He has been accomidating on scheduling to meet my tenants needs.

It was a minimum charge; it was probably a fair price.
