Very friendly and professional. It took much longer than was quoted in the windshield wasn't cleaned. I will probably go somewhere else in the future.

John did a super job of cleaning and detailing my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan.  It looks factory new!  He was very easy to work with to set a date.  He was on time and finished in about 3 hours.  I couldn't be more pleased.  I would definitely recommend John and I will use his services again in the future.

I use my 4Runner off-road as much as I do on paved roads. I'm not afraid to go over rocks or get the car scratched by bushes. The car has 185,000 miles, runs great, and I plan to keep it forever. I thought it deserved a first-class cleaning and that is exactly what John provided. He vacuumed everywhere (and got all the dog hair from the hidden places), cleaned all of the carpets, and washed, waxed, and buffed by hand. The car looks spectacular and will probably drive better as a result! I plan to use John's service once a year. I would recommend him without reservation.

I am thrilled with John's work! John drove up in a state-of-the-art mobile cleaning truck, right on time. I gave him the basic information and he started in right away. (Be sure to get all of the loose crap out of your car--glove box, ashtray, all those little hiding places you keep coins, papers and miscellaneous stuff.)
John's system is impressive. The carpet and upholstery in my car were horrible--just horrible. Eight years of kids' cocoa spills, my coffee spills, rescue dogs slobber and hair--I was amazed that John didn't even flinch. He steam cleaned everything with hot water and super-effective cleaning products that smell GREAT! I think he had to go over it all more than once; I mean, it was in awful, filthy shape on the inside.
Of course, everything in the car from the ceiling to the vents and the dash was dirty--seriously, with dust all over everything. John was meticulous in the care he took with the finest details. It feels like a brand new car now! I must caution you all that, of course, your eight, ten, or twenty-year-old car WON'T look like it could go back on the showroom floor for new cars. But it WILL feel like new, and it will smell great.
While John says a typical car will take around four hours, he spent five hours on my Subaru. Yikes! The interior was sparkly clean, and the exterior is shiny, with really super clean tires and trim. The windows are crystal clear, and I am impressed that John has the patience to do all of this very tedious (but important) work that I just don't have the patience or energy or know-how for.
Now, I feel so proud of my 8-year-old car and can start in fresh with the care I take since my kids are now older. When I asked John how often people get their cars detailed, John recommended once per year and said some people get their cars detailed twice per year. He said the car will look super clean all the time if one does this. So I learned that this will now be a worthwhile and important expense every summer. And there's no one else I'll call other than John!
John also does interior carpet cleaning, and I recommend him for that. It's not often that I run across someone as ultra-detail-oriented and picky as John, and I will continue to use and recommend him! I find his rates reasonable, and the big plus of him coming to me instead of dropping off my car is such a terrific benefit!

This place was recommended to me by someone else. John arrived on time, did a really nice job and made the car look brand new. He worked quickly, efficiently, professionally, and had me come out to inspect it to make sure I was happy. He did more than I expected! In fact, I think the first person that looked at the car bought it.
