We had the BEST experience working with Ken at Jim's Appliance. Needed a new front-load washer and dryer. Did my research and thought we wanted a Maytag. Worked with Ken to confirm dimensions and realized the model we wanted wouldn't fit in our space. He helped us consider alternatives and got a set of LGs lined up for delivery. Only hang-up -- was going to take 10 days with the holiday to be delivered. Without missing a beat, Ken offered to get a loaner washer delivered to our house within the next couple of days until our set came in. I cannot believe this service. The team is also going to deliver and install our new set and remove our old set at no additional cost. We wouldn't get this kind of service from a big old box chain. I encourage everyone in the Treasure Valley to shop local. The service and expertise cannot compare.
