I paid Craig although he had to finish installing the transition pieces. They had not arrived yet. He has not returned (3 months out). I have made several calls to him and he has said several times he will come out but never shows up. Would not recommend Craig and Infinity.

They called me with 5 min of placing my Angi's list ad. I love people who are on top of their game. They were fast to get in and get it done. From the time of them contacting me was 7 days and the job was done, and done well. I had to replace the carpet between renters and Infinity Flooring did a great job fast!

I hired Craig and his crew to completely replace our carpeting and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The work has been half done for almost 4 months! All the toe kicks on my cabinets are missing and Craig claims they were not there which is false. I have no transitions from carpet to vinyl and the vinyl is cut crooked and is a huge safety hazard. The crew was also supposed to replace the subfloor of one bathroom due to dry rot and it was not done the floor is soft underneath so I will need to have someone fix that as well. Overall this has been a bigger headache than it is worth.
