He was awesome, professional and knowledgeable He listened well and he seemed to have a woman's knowledge versus a man's on household things, mechanics, etc. The house Rick found for me didn't want to wait for me to go back to Colorado to sell my house and hold the house for me, he wanted a deposit. I would definitely use them again when I get ready to sell this house, I want them to represent me. The house seller would pay the commission and not the buyer so it was a free service for buyers and house hunting.

First I should say that I've bought and sold 6 homes over the years and had a real estate agent for each transaction.

I cannot express enough how fantastic Kevin and Vince are.  We had our eyes on a property for over 2 years that just wouldn't come to market.  Kevin stayed on top of it, called the bank constantly and we were the first to know when it finally came on the market.  We made an offer and lost.  But Kevin continued to dog the bank and when the first sale fell through, we were in position again and finally bought the property.  They absolutely bent over backwards to get this property for us and saved us a lot of money on the deal by not letting us get too excited and offer too high a price.  These guys are total professionals who KNOW their market and will always do what's best for their clients!
