Great, I have no complaints. Looks amazing

We had a little trouble getting a hold of him.  We finally did, and they came, and as far as the service itself was concerned we had no problem.  They were here a couple of weeks ago on March 4th of 2017.  It was $99.  I asked what he would charge to do the stairs and he told me it would be $25 so I had him do the stairs and he must have not charged me for them because of the hard time we had getting a hold of him.  So that was very pleasant.  As far as the job goes, it was really wet when they left, wetter than other times that we had the carpets cleaned, and I was wondering if their vacuuming system wasn't quite as powerful.  As far as the cleaning, it got clean and by the next day everything was dry.  That was a good deal for three rooms.  Once we got him on the phone, we got right through it.  When we signed up it said give us three dates that we can come, and I did, and those dates came and went and a long time after that went by, they never called.  Then finally I decided to call them and they weren't in the phone book.  For a minute there I thought I had gotten swizzled.    

My appointment was cancelled due to the temperature being to cold. That's understandable and I wasn't upset about it. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I was told I'd be pushed back to 2:00. Then I was pushed to the next day. Then I was told it would be next week. He said I'd get an email confirming my new appointment. That was all fine. What wasn't was that I had to call to find out they weren't coming every time. After I'd moved all my furniture into my kitchen... two days in a row... I never got an email and when I tried calling or emailing them to get some kind of confirmation. I was ignored... so I had to get a refund from Groupon and hire someone else. I wasted about a month. From the time I made the first appointment. To the day I waited to see if they'd actually show up like he said they would.

He was prompt. While the floors were mostly clear of everything, we were still cleaning and had a few other things going on. He worked around us very well, seeking the most unobtrusive areas first. But mostly he spent extra time on the problem spots, knowing that our deposit depended on it. He managed to get up all but the worst of the planter box stains and did what he could for the high ware, high traffic areas. For the planter box stains he applied an additional product that, if it works, will take time to fade the stains. Since we moved out that day, we don't know the results of the final product, but I was impressed that he took the final step, in order to help us. I would recommend using him in the future.

I contacted Nathan through Angie's list about a great deal and was able to get an appointment scheduled right away. However, due to some unforeseen issues I had to cancel. When I talked to him he was so understanding and although his schedule was tight he kept in touch with me and worked with us to make sure the cleaning was done when we needed. I am so pleased with how he handled us and our situation. They definitely put their customers first.

He was actually late - though to his credit he called well before he was due and explained that his previous job was taking longer than expected and was in a town 30+ miles away. When he arrived he was very apologetic and offered extra carpet treatments for the delay. He also offered to return anytime in the next 60 days for free if we had any spills or new stains.
He was very friendly and explained several things about the carpet and the way to take care of it. He was very quick - and I wondered how it could be cleaned so quickly - but it appears to be a pretty good job. Also, the carpet was not oversoaked and dried quickly with fans.

It turned out good. It was a pretty quick response. It was a really good deal compared to some of the competitors. He did a good job and it was a good value. Their pricing is good.

I was very pleased with this provider. After he had cleaned the carpets he gave me some tips on how to treat the carpet when there are spills. What to use and what not to use. He was quick and proficient.

We were quite happy with the job. Will use in the future.

We have hired Idaho Residential Services 3 times now. Every time they do a phenomenal job on the carpets. We thought the carpets were shot and had to maybe be replaced, but Nathan got them sparkling clean. He has a very reasonable rate, especially for landlords. The price includes 3 rooms and stairs plus living room.
He also provides cleaning services, which we plan to utilize when we have a move out.
