From the beginning, Idaho Patio was top rate. The sales person, Tyler, came out multiple times to first plan and quote the project, answer questions and was even here for the final inspection by the City of Boise. He communicated well and was always upfront about any potential issues (of which there were none). The crews that performed the work were courteous and efficient. From the concrete crew, the remodeler (we had to have some structural changes to the house in order to install the patio the way we wanted it)to the two gentlemen who constructed the patio/pergola in just two days. I will say that they are not the cheapest, but I believe you get what you pay for. They are not exorbitantly expensive however. The final product is more than we envisioned and we look forward to many hours of enjoyment in our new outdoor space. I highly recommend Idaho Patio to anyone in the Treasure Valley looking to create a backyard oasis.

Everything went smoothy. Very friendly service. Estimate process was easy and they were able to give me options. Kept me updated with status of project. Finished quickly and with clean, quality workmanship. Would recommend.

We ordered appliances for an outdoor kitchen we were building ourselves. We really had very little experience in doing this type of project and everyone at this business went our of there way to be of assistance to us, providing us with plans, lists of materials vendors where we were able to purchase the materials at reasonable costs and most of all giving us the benefit of their wealth of knowledge.

We had a vision of what we wanted for this outdooir kitchen and they gave us other alternatives as well so we were able to weight out what would actually work best for us. Once we decided on the exterior covering, they again went out of their way to school us in the application of the materials we were going to use and he amount we would need . We even called them while at a vendor to have the vendor speak with them to be sure we were purchasing the right materials, and again more than willing to help. All of this was after we had purchased the applainces, so it wasn';t like they were hoping to make a sale, they are just all around good guys

At no time did we ever feel we were intruding upon them, bothering them or being a pest, which I am sure we were. I can honestly say that this project came out extremely well, better than we imagined and we attribute that to Idaho Patio anbd their crew. Thank you guys
