"I am sorry that this costumer was unhappy with the work we did we did as agree per the costumer and went back and repaired a problem when asked. Our goal is to do ever job to a Very high level. This is the first we have heard of his being unhappy with us, just would have like him to at least given us a call so we could have tried to make him happy.
