Stay far away from Bill Andrews and his company. I worked as a subcontractor on a patio project where Bill hired me for labor only. I completed my work exactly as instructed. Later, the homeowner discovered that Bill had overcharged him for things unrelated to the patio. Once the homeowner confronted him, Bill was fired from the project. After he was fired, Bill tried to make a new agreement on his own without asking me and wrote me a check. When I deposited the check, he later cancel it, I had to take him to small claims court, where I won the case and proved he owed me. Instead of paying what he owed, he filed an appeal just to waste more of my time. This company not only cheats homeowners but also mistreats subcontractors. They lie, steal, and refuse to pay for honest work. Protect yourself and your money do not hire or work with Bill Andrews.
