GROVER'S PAY & PACK

They are specialty outdoor light bulbs. They had to give me some service as far as making sure I got the right one. They had them in stock and they were very helpful. They have a quality selection and they have customer service people, sales people who are very knowledgeable about what you need. If you don't know exactly what you are looking for, they will give you a lot of help. They don't talk down to you and they are very willing to give you as much time as you need.

I purchased a freeze proof hose bib to replace one that had failed. The one they sold me was low quality and failed before it was even fully installed. I tried to return it and they refused to accept my return.
They even made me wait in line for customer service before they would take (or reject, in this case) my return. I have had much better experiences with Grover's in the past, but this was an example of the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I won't be going back anytime soon and I will not recommend them to anyone. I ended up going to Ace Hardware, which sent me to Home Depot. They had a much higher quality unit that installed with no problem. The folks at Ace Hardware and Home Depot were really surprised to hear of my experience with Grover's.
