My house had flooded and insurance sent me the name of a contractor as the kitchen and several other rooms needed work. Tried working with that contractor and he wasn't very good at communicating. Letting me know what was happening. The tear out of the wet floors, cupboards, etc was taking over two months and it was at a stand still. So I let them go and hired Golden Tree. Such a difference. Worked with me. Let me know what was going on. And I love everything that was done. They are wonderful.

Gail built an enclosed patio for my sister, and the quality is far beyond what we expected. We originally planned on a simple vinyl enclosure, but Gail’s price for a solid-walled, insulated room was comparable to vinyl and much lower than another solid-wall bid we received. We were out of state but Gail communicated clearly the entire time. His detailed plans made the permitting process quick, and he handled tricky parts of the project, including coordinating around the home’s solar panels. He even graciously stepped in to help with a few unrelated issues at the house, sometimes at no charge. The finished patio looks like an original part of the house. Gail matched the siding and tied into the existing roof seamlessly. We were so happy with his work that we hired him again for landscaping, sod, pavers, and fence repairs. Gail and his wife are kind, honest, and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend considering Gail for any project you have!

I couldn't be happier with my home remodel. The remodel included bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and painting throughout, new cabinets, windows. They made suggestions for items such as flooring and cabinets, and counter materials that really helped me with decisions. They were very responsive, honest, and value oriented. Golden Tree did a master bedroom/bath/closet and kitchen remodel in our townhouse. Gail Arnold worked with us to design the most efficient use of the space. The project involved movement of doors and windows, updated lighting, paint, tile work, installation of new kitchen appliances, and kitchen backsplash and countertops His team painted the existing kitchen cabinets. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Golden Tree.

We hired Gail to do the majority of work on a fixer upper we purchased as an investment property. He did an amazing job! He knew what needed to be done and saw our vision and made it happen within the time frame we needed. He did both exterior and interior work: carpentry and finish work, electrical, finish plumbing, flooring, painting, windows, trim, tile work, cabinets, shelving, doors, siding, built a whole front porch, and more. He can do it all! We were thrilled with the finish project and would definitely recommend him and his team!

I hired Gail to remodel and update my kitchen. He installed new cabinets, counter tops, sink, plumbing and flooring. The flooring included the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and bathrooms. He also rebuilt my kitchen ceiling, getting rid of the old panel lighting and installing new dome lights. I also had them install a new toilet in one of the bathrooms.
