The picture is beautiful but there's something wrong with the sound. They said you need to buy a soundbar to improve it. So we bought it for $300 credit plus $50 cash but it did not work out at all. The sound bar works on and off, we have a problem with it so we took it back. We figured out to get much simpler system. The soundbar is heavy and they refuse to help me unload it too. They wouldn't let me have my credit unless I bought something much more expensive. I wish they would let me use my credit for a new system plus something that I could hook up the TV.

They have wide variety of products available that you can compare. I got an Apple and that was very good. The Apple prices are standard.

Poor, did not save things on one computer and the other computer that went in for repairs was not fixed at all.  Time is poorly manged and the waiting in line for pick up was over 30 minutes.

Best Buy is great. It was $200 and it covers all services for a year. They were really quick and very professional. In fact they've even finished a day earlier that they had promised. They even called this morning to make sure that everything was going OK, so their follow-up is excellent. I would definitely recommend them. I've been getting some calls from a former service that we've used, plus another service and they've just been calling, so it appeared to me like it was a scam. So I just told those services that I didn't want to use them and I would take it to someone here locally. And I trust Best Buy to keep my information secure and not sharing it with anyone else. I just trust someone local to do it. That's what prompted me. I wanted to make sure in the meantime, since the other guys at one time had access to my computer, that they wouldn't have that access any longer and I would be protected.

My wife thought that the price was kind of high. They were done in 30 minutes.
