They were prompt and they seemed honest. The garage door was making some weird noises after they left and they came out the next day. They are very conscientious.

This is a follow-on report to the one I submitted on 4/29/09. I was never shown or given the gear that was replaced (which I would hope would be standard practice to prove the work that has been done). In addition, I was never given an invoice. Finally, my garage door broke down yesterday, and in my efforts to fix it, I found that Boise Garage Door put the case of my garage door opener on backwards, which blocked off some important controls (for the start and stop position of the door). In addition, one of the screws is missing. So, despite their low price and prompt service, I will definitely never do business with this company again due to poor quality work and poor professionalism.

I called Boise Door in the afternoon and had a 9:00 AM appointment the next day. The technician arrived right on time and it took him about 45 minutes to replace the springs and get my door working again. He also lubricated where needed and told me how to keep the door running smooth with suggested regular maintenance.

We called Boise Garage Door and they immediately responded. The owner came to our home within an hour to assess the damage and see if he had a door that would fit our double wide garage. He did, we agreed a price for the door before he came, (I selected the higher quality door of the 3 on offer), and he arranged for his fitter to come and put on a new door that afternoon. He took our old door down and carted it away so we were able to get our cars out immediately. His worker turned up that afternoon as promised and stayed until the replacement door was installed and working. It has worked ever since.
