"Darlene, Not sure if you confused us with somoene else but I do all the estimates onsite and there is no record of having a time set up with you and have no estimates that were given to you. Also, Franchises are bought by local inidividuals in the specific area. I live in Meridian and this is a family run business with all installers living in the Treasure Valley so just wanted to point that out to you. Perhaps you could provide more detials of when the estimate was and provide a copy of it to me."
