Loved that the sales reps came to our home with samples to view in our environment. They communicated with us all along the process so it flowed smoothly. The movers they used were on time, cared about my furniture and were quick. Soon after they left the carpet layers arrived. They did a fantastic job, asking questions to ensure that they were doing what we wanted. Took time needed to ensure they were doing quality work. All in all we are very pleased. Thank you!!

The timeline provided for the project was spot on and it was a great and personal experience from day 1! Absolutely love the hardwood flooring and will complete our whole house in phases!

A little bit of a rough start due to the installer showing up late. But once he arrived he worked pretty quickly so complete the job by himself in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the quality work and finished product.

Jon and Carlee were great to work with. Jon handled the estimate and design while Carlee came out to oversee the moving crew to make sure everything went smoothly. When the installation crew showed up they were polite and friendly as well as professional. When the installation of our new floor was done l couldn't have asked for a better installation, the installers are craftsman. Upon completion Carlee came out to inspect the job. We couldn't have found a better company to hire.

I liked the personal touch. The bid process was easy, reasonable, and informative. I liked all the people from meeting the owners in person and the flooring crew. They did a great job, were done in the amount of time predicted on the day they were scheduled and seemed to work well together. I thought they liked working as a team. The floors look stunning!!!

They were great to work with and kept on schedule even though some of staff was out sick. The quality of the work and product (LVT, LVP, and carpet) was great! We love how our house looks with all new flooring!

They also remodeled my master bath, and did a great job,! I would hire them again.

We did have to leave our home, because they wanted to take out all furniture, but in less than 3 days our whole house was installed. Very nice,, wonderful people to work with. I would highly recommend this group to help you with any of your flooring needs.
