Flash Heating And Home Repair

I called Flash Heating after another local HVAC place said I needed a $2,400 repair. Nat and his team was able to come out quickly (which was great, since previous company turned off my furnace to try and pressure me into getting them to repair.)

Flash Heating did a complete inspection and repair for $105; saved me $2,250 from what the other company want to charge.

These guys seem to have great prices (they quoted me on a new tankless water heater too, that came in $800 cheaper than the other bid), work hard, and are friendly. They are definitely going to be getting more business from me.

Flash did a furnace repair for us a few years ago and was quick and reasonably priced, so we called them to install a new furnace and AC. Nat gave us bid alternatives, found us a less expensive high efficiency furnace and worked well with our 100+ year old house. All work was completed in 2 days and the final price was less than his estimate. Can't beat that!

During a particularly cold stretch of weather, the furnace in our 4 year old home stopped working. We called Flash Heating and home repair at 10am and he showed up at 2pm. It took about an hour to diagnose a blocked drain line and remedy the problem. Nat charged a very reasonable $50 and left us with a fully functioning furnace. He called back the next morning to make sure we were still warm and we were. My dad recommended Nat to me and I would recommend him to anyone who had a similar issue. Thanks Nat!!!

They were friendly and honest. They were willing to do what the customer wanted. That was all that I liked. They were very competitive with price. They were not particularly professional.

He worked really fast and provided really good service. I will use him again in the future.

It was specifically the evaporator coil that had the problem. They very quickly diagnosed the problem. They said there was a leak and said once we recharged it, it could last all summer. They installed a new evaporator coil. We were very, very pleased with their service.

Flash did a great job with this project! Initially, I obtained several bids and Flash was by far the best bid. He recommended moving my furnace to a location where it would be most cost effective. Him and his team installed the new furnace and AC in the time that was estimated. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves when the job was over. They took the time to show me what they had done and what I needed to do for follow-up maintenance.

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve. Nat was here within 20 minutes and worked for a full hour getting everything working. He then came back the next day with parts and made sure that everything was working as it should. He is a great guy who really went out of his way for us. This is how businesses should work!
