Title Companies
Everyone is very nice. The office is clean and very organized. We went through the signing with PJ and she explained everything that we needed to hear. She also answered our questions with regards to all the greek on the papers. There was only one thing overlooked. Our earnest money wasn't factored into the HUD statement. They cut us a check the next day once funding and recording had been done. I picked up the check and the keys to our new house and the rest is history!
