I felt that their price was was very reasonable too. They were here on time every morning and they left the house clean at the end of every day as if they hadn't even been here. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted!

They missed some places and did not put lights back

Tim and his team went above and beyond to help us get the entire interior of our new home, including repainting stained doors and trim, between our closing date and move-in date after our closing date was pushed back. The quality was great, and the value was exceptional. Tim provided daily status updates, and returned after we moved in to touch up what the movers damaged. This was the 3rd project Eye Gotcha Covered completed for us, and we'll keep going back to them for future projects.

Finally an amazing painting company in the Treasure Valley! We were in search of a painter to paint our mid century brick house. After contacting several painting companies, we found Eye Gotcha Covered. Tim came out promptly and walked around our house and gave us a guaranteed bid with a completion date. Tim and his crew were at our house from the date of hire to completion and we couldn't be happier with the quality and care put into our home. They clean and professional in all areas of the job. Time was put into not damaging our shrubbery, and the crew even replaced some areas were we had some rot at no additional cost. Eye Gotcha Covered went above and beyond! We couldn't be happier! Thank you guys and we will be using you in the future!

Excellent job, very fast service. Painted the complete exterior and some of the interior on a rental property for me. Work was fast, and Tim had excellent suggestions on how to make the property look even better. Price was great. Highly recommend Tim and his crew.

Tim, Ray, Janet, and Will became like family this last week and a half. Not only were they on time every morning, but they also moved all of our furniture (moving it back too). In addition, Timothy “Detail” Palmer saw all of the small stuff than even I missed. My home has been completely transformed this week, and I couldn’t be happier!!

Make sure you do a walk through after the painting is complete and before you pay in full. I had a punch list of over 75 spots that were missed, not repaired, not sanded, and lots of over-spray areas on light fixtures, fridge and floors. Some of the list was addressed but not all and the work done was not my understanding of basic industry standards. The bid receipt was missing a quote for the time frame required to paint the whole house interior and it was 5 days instead of the 3 quoted. The ending price was more than quoted and I still haven't received a paid in full invoice with itemization for the additional cost, even after asking for it twice. My house key was lost by the painter and there wasn't even an offer to pay for changing the locks.

Tim and his crew were very professional and courteous. Their work was excellent and they were always punctual. I hired them to paint the whole inside of my home - living room, family room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, loft and bathrooms. I absolutely love how it turned out. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend or rehire them. Very unprofessional job, had to have them redo so many areas that were done poorly or incompletely. Had both interior and exterior painted, both did noty turn out as we'd expected. Overpainted areas, drips, splattered paint, areas not covered or painted, doors and baseboards painted with very chalky paint and look unfinished, paint splashes on floor, baseboards not cut in well, etc. Never did a walk through in the house, and didn't come back for over a week to fix things. Said they got behind on another job due to the weather, but shuould have finished ours before starting a new project. The exterior looked like high schoolers had done it, and we had an unimaginable amount of areas we had to ask them to redo or correct problems. We had to have them come back and try to fix so many problems, we lost count. Never did complete the garage doors on the far sides where they raise up into the tracking, so it is still unpainted in those places. Tim is quite a salesman, a real talker, kept making exuses for their work, reasons it was done the way it was... he cuts corners in both product and hired help. Hard to believe the other positive reviews since our experience was so bad.

Stated 1 1 1/2 days and was finished in one. Kept me apprised of minor issue and corrected it.

My house now looks great and the crew did a really thorough job.
