Executive Lawn Care

Jeff originally came to complete our sprinkler blow out as he did the year before. I asked him about tree trimming for 2 trees in our front yard. I received an amazing estimate and contacted him within a couple days to schedule the service. Jeff is always quick to respond. Jeff's customer service is outstanding. He's friendly and always has a smile. Jeff is very personable with a positive attitude. While he was trimming our trees, I asked if he would take out some bushes in my front landscaping and he did without hesitation. Jeff's work and with the employee he had with him was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. When he gave me the revised price, I ended up paying him more due to the amazing service. I will be bringing him back to do more work for me in the backyard and will be adding a few more items to the list. I would highly recommend his services, residential or commercial. He also has taken care of my parent's property for the last 3 years and I have never seen their lawn look better. He also does work for friends of mine all with high regard for his service. I know the board members of my HOA and I will be putting in a referral/recommendation as they have even commented on how well he did with the work performed. Thank you, Jeff. Amazing!

Very poor customer service and were treated with disrespect when asking them to come back the next season and left me high and dry with no response to my texts.

First, they did not come the original day scheduled. They were willing to schedule for the next week at a reduced rate but the quality of the work was poor-uneven grass, grass trimmings everywhere, did not edge around concrete or cut firm garden weeds as asked, trim job was awful.

Jeff is enthusiastic and seems to love making his customers happy. Joe and Mike are top notch workmen as well. All the guys were professional, but also were like your own neighbors who cared about their work and took pride in the finished product!

I got a quick response and quote for my yard work. A very professional crew got my yard looking much better and I look forward to having them maintain my yard all year.

They were on time, very personable, but they missed a big strip on the front lawn. did a good job in the back. I'll continue & see how it goes.

He has only mowed once so far but the work was done promptly and efficiently. He called me in a reasonable period of time and was courteous and personable. I will continue with him and see how the season goes. I would recommend him.

Promptly responded to call and gave estimate that was acceptable. Came on day promised and performed work satisfactorily.

The verbal quote agreed to was not lived up to. I did add two items to the job. However, they were small requests, and they did not complete the job. Indicated they would be back to cap two heads and provided me with e-mail receipt and have yet to see either.

This company contacted me the same day I sent in a request for a quote. They were at my house that afternoon and did an excellent job! I appreciated the quick response to my request and the reasonable price for the work. They exceeded my expectations.
