We have used both the locations. We had a coupon. They send us a coupon through mail or I can go on their website and print it out. I get in line with the people in front of me and I just pull in. There is somebody in the ground underneath the car and they change the oil and go. There is no wait, then I am in and out in 15 minutes and I don't have to make an appointment. It is just 15 minutes and I can pull in. They give a free newspaper and a drink for me to read while I am waiting. I can watch them working while I am waiting for the car. They are cheaper if I am doing it through like an auto service where we buy our own stuff; but it is more expensive, if I lube or get through the dealership.

I like that they check things. what I have always thought annoying about them is just the way all Einstein's are, they have a service guy that says and ldquo;okay we are checking the oil!and rdquo; and someone down below would yell and ldquo;Okay check the oil!and rdquo;, they do it doing it back and forth. In all their location, this I think is their patter, either you do it or go somewhere else. Their price is comparable and they'd do what they say they're going to do.

I wasn’t real impressed. I choose not to go back. They upsold me a window treatment that was supposed to keep the ice from sticking to the windshield as much. It did not even remotely work. There were a lot of things that were not included in the service that are included in other places such as Jiffy Lube.
