Excellent, very kind and courteous and thorough , they know what there doing and get it done and explain how everything works, we got 8 new windows in our home done and they were going to do 4 one day and then finish the last 4 the 2 Nd day, they actually got 6 done the first day and finished the last two the next day, there on time and clean up after themselves inside and outside, there all about the work and getting it done the right way, we absolutely highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future projects

I replaced all the doors and windows on my home. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The product arrived within the timeline they gave me. The installers did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend this company. I had no problems.

The team Chad Rouse, Jesse Stark, Nick Krobath did an excellent job, very professional, and finished the job. They were diligent, kind and courteous. The windows met my expectation and began saving energy the next day after turning on the central air. What a difference it made, so pleased!!

Recently installed a sliding glass door. We selected the Impervia sliding door. We love the quality and the whole process including installation has gone very smoothly. Everyone (Tyler, Brad and Randall) we dealt with has been wonderful.

The work I hired them for has not yet been done, but I was favorable impressed with the sales representative who came to my home.

I enjoyed the experience having Dreamstyle come out and talk with me. They were very prompt and professional, I cannot wait to get my shower installed. They are the #1 remodeler in America and back by Kohler which in my mind you cannot get any better. They actually give you a written lifetime warranty which covers everything as long as I own my home, that means so much to me. Companies that have lifetime warranties that I have dealt with in the past have to have great products and great installers as well. Thank you Dreamstyle!

We had French doors replaced which I considered a big project. Jon gave us a very reasonable bid that was very detailed so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He did the work all within one day and worked continuously and meticulously until the job was completed. Jon is definitely an expert in his field and I highly recommend him. Our doors look better than when the house was first built.

We were only going to replace the sliding glass doors, but they were so beautiful and the Andersen staff was so professional, we changed out all the windows in the house. With the great warranty, our kids will enjoy them long after we’re gone! ha!

The stucco texture and color looks very good. Unfortunately, when the roof tile was moved to stucco the walls over the entry-way, the ceiling began to leak. The roof is under warranty. The roofing contractor agreed to honor the warranty and will repair the leak.

The installers were excellent! They worked efficiently and knowledgeably to install our new windows. They willingly answered my questions and clearly showed how to operate the windows. They left both the inside and outside clean. However, I recommend that Andersen's representatives be trained to efficiently and effectively display and describe their own product and service, instead of wasting time talking about competitors. The representative also needs to bring a sample of an entire window, possibly a small version, in order for the customer to be able to see how it operates, slides, and locks. We have friends and neighbors with competitors windows and only needed to know about Renewal by Andersen. The first appointment for information about Renewal by Andersen windows and an estimate took way too long; 6 hours! The representative kept stalling my questions by spending too much time describing other window install companies and how they compare to Andersen, instead of showing Andersen's product. Each time I asked to see a Renewal by Andersen window sample or about how they're made, or what styles they provide, the rep kept talking about the problems caused by competitor windows. After 3 hours of my unanswered questions about Renewal by Andersen windows and requesting the price for us, my husband asked why was this taking so long and the rep said I talked too much with my questions! I offered to have the rep measure our windows to be replaced so that he may give us an estimate. Instead, the rep kept talking about how we needed to know that they're much better than any competitor, instead of showing us Andersen's product. The rep spent too much time showing me photos of failing competitor windows and describing why they failed. Each time I asked for an estimate the rep said, Were twice as much as our competitors. When I asked again after he spent more time, without giving a figure he said, already told you we're twice as much as our competitors! When he finally showed us prices for our estimate, he wasted time showing us 2 prices without discount and spent time talking about them until finally showing the price that actually applied to us. Andersen's price is actually 4 times as much as the estimates we received from other window install companies.
