Diamond Lawns

Exterior landscaping was done well for the most part. What you don't see is what lacked. Actually had the owner set the sprinkler clock right after moving in. Everything was still dying after a couple weeks. I upped it 50% and close to half of everything was still dead by the end of the summer. Two and a half years in, the clock would not work. It was fixed per the Developer taking care of. Developer and builder have rectified a lot of the problems when it was past their responsibility and I appreciate them. I didn't have a lot of interaction with Diamond because I believed the builder and developer were the route to go. At this point, I'm going to look for another landscaper to fix the drip system and replace dead vegetation. Probably 2 or 3k to get it where it should have been in the first place. Many other issues that would make this post to long. I know they know who I am and if they want to call and rectify, my opinion may change. It should have never been an issue regardless and at this point probably wouldn't matter

In my opinion they are more interested in signing you up for services that you don't require than they are doing what you asked them to do. been waiting for months for them to come out and do trimming services, instead they ignore those requests and keep trying to charge me $100 to spray $5 worth of chemical on my lawn and around the house. They also like to give your personal information out to their employees so they can text you from their personal cell phones. They should be using a CRM, not giving my personal cell phone to employees so they can try to drum up more sales. Manager seems like quite the tool.

No they never clean up after performing the job our apt complex has them on contract but they never blow off outside porches and they leave their clippings after triming bushes all over the place

We loved how the owner (Jake) was so hands on, as it is a rarity having a business owner working side by side with his employees.

We loved how knowledgeable the lead sprinkler tech was(Michael), as he walked us through the system more than a few times. It was nice that he was always available, throughout our numerous ideas and or changes.

We look forward to not moving hoses back and forth next year, and really enjoy the 2 year warranty, which is 1 year more than the other 3 bids we received.

P.S. This is the only company we have dealt with that had the thoughtfulness of sending a Holiday card.

I've been using Diamond Lawns for the last 6 months and have never been happier with my lawn! All of the employees are extremely knowledgable and friendly. This company's landscaping capabilities seem to be endless and their special attention to detail is phenomenal. If you are looking for amazing lawn care, Diamond Lawns is DEFINITELY the way to go!

They came and went without finishing the job. I was waited for them. No
knock on the door. Some times the work is done quickly and incomplete.
The guy is always in a hurry, and doesn't take his time to finish the job in one day.
It takes several calls and when they do come you have to make another appointment to
finish. Expensive sprinkler heads and supplies.

They do what they advertise that they will do and it seems to be at a pretty reasonable rate.
