Kent and Cody came out and explained the windows they install, why they are better than other windows and took the time to show me the differences between them. They didn't give me a bunch of technical terms to have to figure out what they were talking about either. All the other companies I received bids on came out, measured the windows and left. Can't wait till they are in!

Kent Shannon and his partner came out to talk with us about our roof. We appreciated that they were very knowledgeable about the products and process. They were also very polite, kind and had a great sense of humor. Our concerns were more that it would be affordable! They seemed willing to work with us so we could get the new roof we desperately need! We were approved, yay! Can't wait to get our new roof!

the job went pretty much as expected. one of the workmen kept whistling to get the dogs worked up and Mother Nature decided to make things fun by raining for two days, other than that, things went smoothly and the roof looks awesome. I will definitely call Reve again.

The sale of the roof was great everything was explained to us in detail. I would recommend Kent Shannon as a salesman and manager to anyone. He is there and if there is any problems he will go out of his way to fix them. He went above and beyond for us. He is a super great person. He know his job very well and he is great a what he does. The roofers that we have roofing are really good also. Yes I would recommend the roofers also. Thanks.
Description of Work: Explained us that our roof needed to be done before this winter, We already knew that we needed a new roof. He explained all of our option were and all the pricing. He explained to us that there is a 50 yr warranty and if we were to sell this home it would transfer to the next owner. He also went on the roof and seen that there were a lot of soft spots up there. He did an amazing job in explaining every option to us.

The sales process was pretty painless. Kent and Justin were friendly and knowledgeable. Kent explained everything in detail in easy to understand language. I will revisit once the work is done to report on the construction aspect and how the roof turned out.

This is for the presentation/sales portion of the project. Chuck Turner and Richard Kirkendall. They took pictures of my roof and showed me the issues I was having. They educated me on their roofing installation processes and explained how their roofing system would take care of the issues I am currently having. I am excited about my future lifetime warranty through GAF.

The work will be completed in about 4 weeks
Description of Work: August 9, 2017, Benjamin Finnell and Geoff Buckendorf, Sales Representatives from REVE Exteriors LLC, came to our home to inspect our roof and give us an estimate to see if replacement was needed. They did a complete inspection including inspecting the attic, valley gutters, flashing and existing fascia and shingles. They recommended we re-roof our home with their GAF roofing system. They found water damage in the attic, shingles lifting, flashing was coming loose and nails were working loose and coming out. Upon their recommendation and our review of their product we entered a contract to have a new roof installed in the PEWTER GRAY color for a new roof. They were very professional, knew their product well and where not pressure salesmen. We feel the product they proposed to us is a superior roofing system with a 50 year guarantee. It was a pleasure working with them.

Geoff Buckendorf and Kent Shannon came to my house to give an estimate on windows for my house..very pleasant professional excellent knowledge of their product and construction n ability to explain procedures n cost.would recommend them to all my friends and family

Geoff Buckendorf came to my house and did a very detailed inspection. He took us from point a to z and we ended up referring him to several of our friends. After learning what I learned from him and his company, I would never buy a roof through any other company, and I recommend you do the same.

To clarify I NEVER contracted them. I was so put off by the salesman that I didn't even consider services. The company is a larger outfit with a call center comprised of happy people who know nothing about roofing or construction and a sales team (estimator) who haven't experience in jobs they bid i.e; pretty boys who've Luke never touched a hammer. They have too much overhead which translates into triple any other bid we received. The salesman treated me like I was incompetent and wouldn't discuss anything of value unless my husband was present. Bad form.

Ben Finnell examined my roof and gave me an honest recommendation, with pictures, of the need to replace instead of repair. I was impressed with his knowledge of the roofing business and felt comfortable agreeing with his assessment. He gave a brief history of the company and what they would be accomplishing with the replacement of my roof. He was great to talk to and answered all my questions.
