My carpet is very old (installed in 1997), and had many pet stains, and some large ink stains. I told D&D that I didn’t expect miracles. Nonetheless, they delivered! I’m so pleased with how spot-free and clean my carpet is. They also used an odor neutralizer so my home no longer smells like a kennel. Great work! I can’t recommend D&D more highly.

I had issues with visiting pets urinating on carpet; they said they would treat all carpet, seems to have done a good job, however I had some areas with traffic pattern staining, and that is still evident. All in all good job, appreciated the timeliness of the job.
