Highly recommended.
"We are aware that there are internet sites that offer lower prices on parts but we charge MSRP + shipping for the parts when there is a shipping charge. As for helping load and unload we are always suposted to help with this. Sorry that you did not get help."
If I were in her place I would have at least offered to try to match the piece from my inventory of parts or at least try looking up the bagging system. I believe the piece is very common. Maybe even suggest another merchant if I could not or would not help. I did not get an ounce of customer service.
There is no way I will ever go near that place again. I can find a better place to spend my dollars. I bought a Stihl string trimmer at D and B Supply instead and a rubber bungy at Lowes.
"You need to always have the Model and serial # for equipment when looking for parts so that we can look it up and get you the right part the first time. As for tring to match it up there is probable about 500 parts boxs in the parts room and they are by manufacturer and part number. So with out a part number it is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. We try to give the best customer service posable to all of our customer."
