Went super good!  very nice gentleman.. like him very much and the company, will use them again! I talked with his boss, and like him as well, kind /courteous/ very knowledgeable in their business!

The nest was enormous and inside the attic so poison was spread for the yellow jackets to walk in and carry into the nest. At first it seemed to work and the yellow jackets were no longer swarming on the rough but a few days later they started coming into the house. We found that they were entering through a smoke detector so that area was treated at no extra cost. The problem seems to be solved and they have called to make sure everything is still okay. They provided service on time and quickly and were very professional. I will use them again if I ever have a pest problem.

I first talked to the owner, Phil. He explained exactly what they could & couldn't do, and the pricing. No surprises when the tech showed up, went exactly as Phil promised. We had a few black widows, some wasps outside and a ton of wolf spiders inside & out. They came once & sprayed inside & out & said it would take two weeks to see a decrease. Definitely less spiders but 3 weeks later still saw several wolf spiders per week. They honored their guarantee and came back to spray again for no charge. Both techs were knowledgeable and professional but the second one (Bruce) was particularly thorough to explain the spiders' habits and characteristics. After the second application we're down to seeing one wolf spider outside per week, none inside so far. Much better.

I had a wasp nest in a basketball pole with at least 100 wasps.  I called, they responded and took care of the problem in the same day.  The professionalism of both Phil and Ryan was superb.  I'd highly recommend both individuals and the company.

I had an ant problem in my garage.  They answered my call and set up an appointment for the next day.  The technician was right on time and answered all of my question.  I was so pleased I signed up for yearly service.  The cost was very reasonable and I really felt like I was dealing with professionals.  Thank you

Quick turnaround from iniital contact to service call. I am pleased with their professionalism.  So far no more reports of spiders so we are definitely pleased.

I sent an email through the website inquiring on the services (spider, wasp, earwig, vole control) on a Saturday and the company president, Phil Coulson, actually called me that day to discuss services and options, answer my questions in great detail, and give me a quote on what the services I needed would run.  I was able to set up an appointment to have Bruce come out and spray that following Monday.

Bruce showed up punctually and assessed our property and go over any addition questions I had.  We were re-quoted the price based on services (which were lower than what we were initially estimated).  Custom Care Pest Services product and service stood up to the claims they made as well as honoring the warranty on their product when we had our wasp problem return.  In addition to everyone we've spoken to or worked with in the company being incredibly friendly and professional, the experience has been wonderful and they are highly recommended.
