COMPANION TRAINING

Dawn is fantastic. She is extremely professional and their entire focus is on using the MINIMUM necessary "shock" to correct your dog. The train to get the dog to the point where you dont have to use the shock at all, but just use the vibration mode. Our main focus for going is that our new dog is very much driven by his nose and while he knows the "come" command, if he is distracted by something really exciting (i.e. a squirrel, another dog being walked on a leash (?), cats, etc...) he will dart out our driveway into traffic. (We don't have a fence at our property). This collar is going to be the answer not only for his safety but we will be able to use it to keep him out of certain areas of the house and off the couches (that habit is in thanks to the previous owners.)... They are reasonably priced, have the great collar/transmitter you need and the 15' training leash we needed. Their new facility off of Chinden is designed all around the dogs. They also do boarding which we haven't tried, but close friends have loved... If you want to do training with a correction collar, they are sensitive, humane and gentle. Their biggest concern is for the dog and that the owners understand that it is not something to be over used or played with.
