Lyndell Kline, the Appliance Specialist at CHF, helped me special-order a smoothtop electric range that wasn't one of their floor models. She answered my pre-visit email questions and those I had when I visited the store. My range arrived before its scheduled date. When the delivery men discovered that my original stove had been 'hard-wired' to the wall and that I needed a professional installer to wire in a wall outlet, the appliance manager recommended an installer who came out the very next day to complete the set-up (and take away of my old stove!). Smooth going from start to finish. Lyndell also sent a CHF 'Thank You' note the following month to keep in touch. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
