The overall process was pleasant and we are happy with the final product.  Adam and Noah were easy to talk with and followed through on all tasks.  Of course we (home owner) always want it done faster and cheaper but this project was on time and on budget and expectations were managed throughout the process which is very important.  Change orders were typically met with understanding, honesty and thoughtfulness.  The communication was open and they were always available to explain things no matter how small.

Met with Adam Carter Construction in April to go over options, he came back with a couple different options  both were within the same price range and time. The home owner decided on the second option and construction was started shortly after the decision. They always made sure the home was neat and clean when they left and always kept the lines of communication open. They said what they were going to do and they did it. The home owners were very pleased with the project and would recommend the Carter Company to anyone who needs a great contractor and a good price. Loved the end result.

They bid the job in October 2013 but because of the weather and their availability the job got pushed until June of 2014. I was a little unsure of installing Trex over an existing concrete patio because many of the other contractors suggested removing the concrete and digging down to remove the dirt and building a subfloor than installing the Trex. Zach spent a lot of time talking to me regarding the process he was going to use and ask me to trust him that he would make it work. He was correct the job turned out great.

The quality of the work was excellent. I would've wanted more communication on when and when they were not going to be at the job site. Adam Manoa were both very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice to work with.

I bought a kitchen faucet set from a big box store with the idea that I would install it myself. I couldn't reach a nut holding the faucet to the sink. I bought a special wrench to reach it, but that didn't work either. I had Noah Carter do a bunch of work for me in the past, and they did such a good job, I was reluctant to ask him to help me with a small job like this, but I was stuck, so I called. He happened to be available the next day, so he came over and we managed to get the nut loose. He got the nut loose, and although I kind of helped him, he did all the important work and had all the correct tools to handle it. Then he installed the faucet, the sprayer hose, the new soap dispenser, hooked it all up to the water and tested it all. Perfect, no leaks, and in time for me to make lunch. The work they did in the past was a big 15 - 20 K job, and although that job took a few weeks, it was also perfect, I would call Noah for any problem I had with the house. Carpentry, paint, plumbing. I can't say enough.

Adam Canter gave us an estimate on what we wanted done. Making good suggestions. Did the work on time, not much of a mess as we expected and not over the estimate.
