I haven’t received their bill yet for the last work they did, but the person who came out told me that it would be about $45 for the part he replaced, and they charge $60 an hour, so I guess I’m going to be billed about $110 or so. I called them in the morning and told them that I needed my A/C repaired. They told me that they would be out at two o’clock that afternoon, and I thought that was pretty good. I met him there at two, he fixed it, and he did a great job, it’s now working. I think the part where he took it apart and cleaned it was something that most people wouldn’t have done, and I appreciate that.
Description of Work: I use Canfield HVAC for my heating and air conditioning services. I last used them when my air conditioning went out. The person who came checked it, and it turned out to be a bad capacitor. Then he also took the A/C apart, cleaned it and washed it. He said that there were parts in there that were clogged, and cleaning them would extend the life of my A/C.
