Budget Rooter was upfront about potential costs for each possible scenario. My drain was cleaned and ready to go in a matter of minutes (and I had only called that morning). And he cleaned up after himself!

Called Sunday morning, and scheduled a noon appointment. Steve gave us an estimated cost up front. He quickly identified the problem, and resolved the issue by snaking out the problem line, and also the line for the washer. On time, professional, courteous, and efficiently resolved the blockage. Great service, will use again.

very good! We had an emergency after 7pm at night. We called Steve and he came and saved the day! Price was excellent. Good service, responsible and on time. We will use Budget Rooter again.

I called about 6-8 other local plumbing services before calling Steven with Budget Rooter & Plumbing. I tried calling plumbers close to our location and with at least several good reviews (Google search and reviews). None of the other businesses even answered or gave me a call back. Steven answered right away and gave a window from 3 to 5pm. Right at 3pm he called and said he would be about 45 minutes and ended up being about 10 minutes early. He was prompt, professional, and took care of our clog with no issues. Total service was only about 15-20 minutes. Steven was friendly, in uniform, and very knowledgeable. Don't shy away from his lack of ratings! We'll be keeping his card on hand and calling him again for future services.
