R. D. Bradford (SUNRISE CONCRETE OWNED BY BRIGHT STAR PROPERTY SERVICES) and his team were wonderful. Definitely knew what they were doing. Friendly, very knowledgeable gentlemen and didn't waste any time. Very easy to talk to and work with. We would use them again for any remodel or addition.

Hired them last March (2017) for a rather large remodel, including demo of two walls, replace 800 square feet of flooring, complete kitchen remodel and total remodel of a bathroom. At first it seemed that they were somewhat disorganized and had subcontractors coming over before prerequisite work had been done. This went on for about a week. I finally contacted the owner, Victor, and things went smoothly thereafter. I think a major problem might be their use of "Coordinators" who I was supposed to work with but who changed constantly and always seemed to be busy. Going to the owner or the GC was the only thing that really seemed to relieve the initial frustration. The finished work however is beautiful and to this day I can find little to complain about. Their subcontractors were professional. service oriented and timely. This is the only portion of the remodel in which I used a remodeler's offered materials (tiling, laminate, cabinets, etc.) and not my own purchases through the big box stores. Very high quality stuff and I have no complaints about the finished work. When doing a remodel you have to be aware of buying your own materials and having some schlemiel come in to do the work. It's a balancing act as you find out as you go along. Just be set to work within their schedule as they seem to be VERY busy.

Concrete project: They had a short turn around time in getting the work bid and completed in the busy Boise area.

They got in and got the job done. They did it all correctly and even came back and fixed some issues they thought were sub par.

They built an elevated platform/loft for storage in our RV garage. We were very pleased--they came in as scheduled and completed the project in a timely manner. There were some scheduling issues with our next project. Dena G

They came back the next day and did a few cleanup jobs without any issues. They were great to work with. and came through with everything they promised

These guys are great. In Boise every contractor is super busy. These guys took time and truly listened to my wants and needs. On top of that they showed up when they said they would for the price that was quoted to me. I have already recommended them to a number of my friends.

they did a great job, were extremely professional, and I am very happy with the end result. Every sub contractor that they had come out did a great job and were excellent to work with. Overall I had a new roof put on, new siding, paint, new patio and bench and a new pergola. The over all result looks amazing.
