They did an incredible job. They removed stains and marks that had been there for years. the inside of the car looked like new! He delivered it on time and on budget!

Boise Detail did an exceptional job. Both cars looked great. My son's car had some difficult paint discolorations and they did all they could to improve them. I have owned car washes and really appreciate finding someone in Boise who can do such a good job on the interior and the exterior of my cars.

I called Chris at Boise Detail to have my wifes car detailed. Chris was very responsive and scheduled me fairly quickly considered this was their busiest time of the year. The quality of the detail was excellent and Chris was very accomadating giving me a ride to work when I dropped the vehicle off. I did have a major hiccup in the process, but I believe that how a vender handles these situations is the true measure of their service and integrity. When i was driving the car home the air conditioner was not working properly and when I restarted the Prius all the warning lights were on and it would not move. I called the tow truck to take the car to the dealership. I called Chris to inform him of the situation. He expressed concern and wanted to make sure I updated him on the what the dealership found. By the time we got the Prius to the dealership and unloaded everything was working fine. I believe that when they steam cleaned the engine it must have got some sensors wet. When they dried out everything was fine. Chris was surprised because he had not had this issue before and especially on the Prius. Chris expressed regret and offered me a free detail of any vehicle because of my trouble and expense of the tow. i will be taking my other car in for Boise Detail to do a full inside and out detail.

It was amazing how clean they got the car. It was an 11 year old car and the inside was pretty battered and dirty looking; they got it looking good. The person at the front desk was polite, kind and I will use them again in the future.

Overall a good experience, called in the morning to schedule an appointment and he was able to perform the work the same day. Chris was at my house to collect my truck within 45 minutes. Returned in 6 hours and it looked great, notified me by phone ahead of time that he was on his way. Seems to be a hard working young man but he was professional from start to finish. Only issue I had was he had forgotten the floor mats when he returned the truck but he apologized and returned them personally the next morning. All in all I was happy with the work.
