They did a really good job in repairing our record player. They were very friendly and excellent.

My experience showed me that I made the right decision going with these fellows..The man at the front desk works tirelessly answering questions and is very patient with the never ending parade of customers. I'm completely satisfied and will recommend them to everyone because of the excellent service and price.

Fine, but the new Windows 7 has no email software embedded, so had to download one- I choose Mozilla Thunderbird. For a couple frustrating days, I could not get it to download. Had to take it to the store, where they were able to download it. Similar probs with transfer of files to the new hard drive, other software issues, a couple more trips to the store. Their after market and customer service needs to be improved. As a senior with little computer skills, it was very frustrating. They need to put in more effort to help their customers that are not computer literate. We're not all 'geeks' out here!

Store has easy access and parking. The turn around was about 24 hours (same day service if in by noon). When I got the computer home I found that several of my settings had been changed (set for dial up rather than land line...land line number had been removed...this along with 2 other changes that were not reset). When I call I was told "we don't have time to return computer to its original settings". I would have appreciated being told that this would happen (and was not told). They also tried to sell me new virus protection claiming that mine (a major company) wasn't very good.
