Liked the driver.  Car was clean.  Had to tie the trunk lid because of 4 large suitcases. Made it to the airport on-time and without incident.

I have used several taxi services in Boise over the past three years, and Boise City Taxi is the only one I will use. While other taxi services tried to squeeze out every, single ounce of money during the ride, Boise City Taxi did just the opposite. Their goal is to get you where you need to go in the shortest time possible. They have always been prompt, courteous, and helpful. They even hand out 20 percent discount cards for any future services. Their drivers seem genuinely happy with their work.

They are always punctual, they don't overcharge, and all the drivers are very pleasant. It's a very good company to deal with, they are very reliable. When I am going to the airport, that is the primary thing.

I fly out of our local airport every other week. Most flights I take depart around 6am an un Godly hour to impose among friends and family to take me to the airport. One call to Boise City Taxi and I can be assured my taxi will be at my door step when I told them to be. Very dependable, reliable, couteous. Their cabs are clean and their drivers are truly professional.
