Excellent care, attention and service.

It is fantastic. She only sees cats. She is fantastic. She has paintings of cats all over their clinic, in each room and the reception area. She has pretty office. The clinic is very open and bright. I've been going to him for three years or four years.

We have brought them here for behavioral issues. The staff is just fantastic and Dr. Roller is great. I switched to the Boise cat clinic when she opened it. She cares, knows what she is doing, and is very professional. Drew, her office manager, is super professional and gets me in the same day if needed. They treat my cats very well!

The clinic staff was the very best. Their dedicaton was refreshing and their standards are impeccable. We love our animals and this facility provided the care we were looking for in a veterinarian. Putting it simply, Dr. Roller is the best. Murphy Brown the cat approves.

The doctor and owner was very professional and thorough. My appointment was a general checkup after traveling across country to move to Boise and a second opinion from my New York City cat only vet to make sure the cats are healthy enough for a teeth cleaning. My cats are 18 and 16 and I will need further diagnostics on the older cat to make sure her heart condition allows for the cleaning. The office staff and vet techs were all helpful and very caring too.

I had visited (unscheduled) The Boise Cat Clinic about a month earlier since I was looking for a different vet. I was warmly greeted and given a tour - the facility is very impressive. A lab, operating room, recovery cubbies and all immaculate. I expressed some concern that it looked expensive but was told what exams cost and it was the same as what current vet charged. A couple weeks later I became concerned with Jojo's water intake and decided to change vets immediately. I'm so glad I did. I feel confident that Jojo is getting the best care and that everyone there is really concerned about her health. Dr. Roller called me a week later to see how Jojo's doing. I've never had a vet do that!

The Boise Cat Clinic's office staff is very nice and welcoming. The assistants and Dr. Roller are very professional. I had such a good experience that I ended up taking my two other cats for a visit as well! They always call to check up on them. I appreciate taking my cats to a specialized vet in cat care. Everyone is very helpful, kind and caring. I've recommended them to several people.
